Death by Force

Alan Diaz, a 19-year-old from South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2020. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m. when the South Bend Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a citizen's report of a man down in the 1600 block of North Elmer Street.
