On March 15, 2020, law enforcement officials in Gary, Indiana, responded to a call regarding shots fired in the 3500 block of Polk Street. Upon arriving at the scene around 4:00 p.m., officers found Arnell Lackey, a 25-year-old male, lying lifeless on the front lawn of a residence.
