Rodgerick Payne Jr., an 8-year-old boy from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2020. Rodgerick was inside his home, enjoying dinner, when a stray bullet pierced through the window and struck him in the neck. This heartbreaking incident occurred in the 3000 block of North Tacoma Avenue, near East 30th Street and North Keystone Avenue.
