In the early morning hours of April 7, 2020, the life of 19-year-old Tonya Louise Gray was tragically cut short in Merrillville, Indiana. Responding to a call of gunfire around 2 a.m. in the 7300 block of Bigger Street, police discovered the young woman inside a vehicle.
