Candy Marie Halbe, aged 55, tragically lost her life on December 26, 2017, in Merrillville, Indiana, as a result of a violent family dispute. The incident also claimed the life of her 27-year-old son, Ryan Halbe. According to reports, the altercation occurred at their home on West 61st Avenue. The Lake County Coroner's office confirmed that both deaths were ruled homicides.
