In the spring of 2020, on the evening of May 3rd, the life of Larry Deon Cosby, a 47-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded at the Abington Apartments, situated on Edwardian Circle on the northwest side of the city. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the scene following reports of a person shot.
