In the late hours of a Saturday night in Indianapolis, a burst of violence shattered the peace and ended the life of Lloyd Moore Jr.. On September 26, 2020, the 55-year-old man was discovered on a sidewalk along 29th Street, just west of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, suffering from gunshot wounds.
