Lloyd Moore Jr., a 55-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on September 26, 2020. His death occurred during a violent weekend in the city, which saw multiple shootings. Moore was found lying on a sidewalk near 29th Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street after police responded to a report of gunfire.
