Jasmine S. Moore, a 28-year-old African-American woman, was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 9, 2017. In the early morning hours, Moore was near the 1400 block of North Tremont Street when gunfire erupted. She was struck by a bullet and rushed to a nearby hospital, but she ultimately succumbed to her injuries.
