Romell Howard, a 32-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2020. The incident occurred on the northeast side of Indianapolis, specifically at 2011 Roosevelt Avenue. According to reports, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call about a shooting at around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, they found two individuals who had been shot.
