In the autumn of 2020, on the evening of Friday, October 16th, the life of 32-year-old Romell Howard was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident unfolded on Roosevelt Avenue, where police were called to investigate reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered two men who had been shot.
