Rashaad Germany Jr., an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2020. The incident occurred in the early morning hours in the 3300 block of North Ashland Avenue, near East 34th Street and North Shadeland Avenue. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a report of a person down and found Rashaad lying in a yard with multiple gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
