In the early morning hours of October 30, 2020, 18-year-old Rashaad Germany Jr., an African-American male, was found shot to death in a yard on North Ashland Avenue in Indianapolis. Known to his loved ones as 'Deuce,' he had recently graduated from Ben Davis High School and had dreams of attending culinary arts school, inspired by his father's cooking.
