Steven Fields Jr., aged 38, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2020, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the north side of the city. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to the 2200 block of East 39th Street at approximately 12:52 a.m. upon receiving reports of a shooting.
