Karen Leticia Castro-Hernandez, a 23-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on March 13, 2021. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on the southeast side of Indianapolis, where police responded to a report of a homicide. Upon arrival, officers found Castro-Hernandez with a gunshot wound to the head, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
