Monica J. Mills, aged 43, tragically lost her life on April 11, 2021, in Hammond, Indiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Bishop Noll Institute, where she was found shot inside a blue 2000 Ford Focus. Monica was unconscious and without a pulse when paramedics arrived. She was transported to St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago, where she was later pronounced dead.
