Wallace Broadnax, a 70-year-old retired firefighter from Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2021. Broadnax, affectionately known as "Wallygator," was a well-respected member of the community, having served over 25 years with the Gary Fire Department and being an active member of the First Baptist Church.
