Emmanuel D. Hall, an 18-year-old from East Chicago, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2021. The incident occurred during a drug-related robbery. According to court documents, Hall and a relative were in the process of purchasing marijuana from Izaiah Horde, a 16-year-old from Gary, Indiana.
