Michelle Anne Rutledge, aged 31, tragically lost her life on December 10, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. On that fateful night, she was fatally shot at the Budget 8 Inn located on the city's east side. The incident occurred around 10 p.m., and upon arrival, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) found Michelle with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she was pronounced dead shortly after.
