In the early morning hours of December 16, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Tyler Ondersma was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A White male, Ondersma was sitting on his porch at 1616 Howell Street when he was struck by multiple gunshots. Despite his severe injuries, he managed to make a desperate call to 911 at approximately 12:20 a.m., reporting that he had been shot.
