Tyler L. Ondersma, a 24-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically passed away on December 16, 2021. According to the Allen County Coroner’s Office, Tyler died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. when Tyler called 911, reporting that he had been shot while sitting on his porch at 1616 Howell Street.
