LaRon Eskew, a 44-year-old man from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2022. Eskew was brought to Eskenazi Hospital with a gunshot wound just before 2 a.m. and succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) was alerted to the incident when Eskew was dropped off at the hospital by a friend. The exact location of the shooting remains unknown, complicating the investigation.
