On a June afternoon in 2022, the life of 18-year-old Terence Plummer III was cut short in a burst of violence at an apartment complex on the south side of Indianapolis. The young man, a male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound outside a vehicle in the 5500 block of Versailles Drive on Thursday, June 16. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting around 2 p.m. and discovered Plummer, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
