On November 4, 2022, Destiny Loreal Jackson, aged 20, was found dead in Hobart, Indiana. The tragic incident occurred at the Haven Apartments on Ruta Drive, where Jackson and her partner, 19-year-old Nazirah Elizia Ali Muhammad, were discovered with multiple gunshot wounds. The Lake County Coroner's Office ruled their deaths as homicides.
