On November 4, 2022, Nazirah Elizia Ali Muhammad, a 19-year-old resident of Hobart, Indiana, was found dead in her apartment alongside 20-year-old Destiny Loreal Jackson. The discovery was made by Hobart police officers who were conducting a welfare check at the residence located in the 400 block of Ruta Drive.
