In Lafayette, Indiana, a 25-year-old Purdue University student named Vijay Viswan, a male of Southwest Asian descent, died on November 25, 2022. The events of that day unfolded at a local indoor shooting range, Applied Ballistics. Viswan had gone to the facility and was in the process of testing out various firearms.
