Robert A. McFarland, aged 31, was tragically found dead on April 19, 1994, in Virginia Beach, VA. His body was discovered in an alley in the 5800 block of East Hastings Arch at approximately 3:00 am. Upon arrival, police and rescue personnel found that McFarland had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. This incident was classified as a homicide, and the case remains active with the Virginia Beach Police Department.
