Florence Marks, aged 54, tragically lost her life on June 6, 1995, in Arlington, Virginia. Her death was part of a horrific incident involving multiple victims. Florence Marks, along with William Miller, 52, and David Kaplan, 34, were all fatally shot in what was later determined to be a violent crime spree.
