Constance Holtzman, 38, was tragically murdered in her Arlington, Virginia apartment on November 9, 1988. Police were initially called by a neighbor reporting screams, followed shortly by another call reporting gunshots. When officers arrived at her second-story apartment on South Four Mile Run Drive, they found Holtzman’s body in her bedroom.
