In the early morning hours of November 3, 2001, the quiet of a Henrico, Virginia apartment complex was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to a call of shots fired at approximately 12:45 a.m., Henrico County Police arrived at the Suburban Apartment complex located at 4900 Wagner Avenue.
