At around 10 p.m., North Precinct officers were dispatched to a Person Shot call at an apartment complex in the 2100 Block of 31st Avenue North.

Officers arrived on the scene and then discovered 31-year-old Roger Cheatham and a second adult male inside an apartment suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
