Joshua Ty Sipe, a 4-year-old boy from Appomattox, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2010. Joshua was the son of the late Dwayne Shannon Sipe and Lauralee Speight Sipe. His death was part of a horrific mass shooting incident that claimed the lives of eight people, including his parents and sister, Morgan Dobyns.
