Dwayne Shannon Sipe, aged 38, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2010, in Appomattox, Virginia. He was a Navy veteran who served as a gunner on the USS Wisconsin during Operation Desert Storm. Dwayne was also the owner of Divinitist Enterprise, a commercial construction company, and a member of The Lighthouse Foursquare Church.
