Ronald Irvy “Bo” Scruggs, a 16-year-old from Appomattox, Virginia, tragically passed away on January 19, 2010. Born on March 5, 1993, in Lynchburg, Virginia, Bo was a junior at Appomattox County High School and a member of Antioch Union Baptist Church. He was known for his love of skateboarding, Guitar Hero, Rock Band, deer hunting, and animals, especially dogs. Bo was deeply loved by his family and friends.
The circumstances surrounding Bo's death were part of a larger tragic event.
