In the late summer of 2011, the life of 31-year-old Terrance Moore, a male from Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On the evening of August 13th, an argument escalated to deadly violence in the 2000 block of Chesapeake Drive. During the dispute, a man brandished a firearm and shot Moore twice.
