Jordan James Casper, a 16-year-old from Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically passed away on April 11, 2012. Jordan was a student at Deep Creek High School and lived in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake. He was the son of James Carroll Casper, Jr. and Kimberly Lynn Harris Casper.
