In the late hours of a Saturday night in Richmond, Virginia, tragedy befell a man known to his loved ones by many names. Sylvester Jones, a 53-year-old male, also known as 'Bucky' and 'Starborn,' found his life cut short by an act of violence on March 3, 2012. That evening, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the Richmond Police Department received a distressing call about a person shot in the 3900 block of Old Brook Road. The responding officers arrived at the scene to find a dire situation.
