In what was supposed to be a place of security and camaraderie, a tragic event unfolded at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia, ending the life of 23-year-old Corporal Jacob Wooley. A native of Mississippi, Wooley was known for his warm-hearted and goofy nature, always aiming to bring a smile to the faces of those around him.
