On April 30, 2013, the life of 22-year-old Raymond Seawright was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. An African-American male, Seawright was discovered deceased inside a boarding house located on Chestnut Avenue. He was found lying in the hallway of the residence, the victim of a homicide.
