Richard Eugene Orebaugh, an 80-year-old resident of Mount Sidney, Virginia, passed away on August 29, 2014, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Born on October 29, 1933, he was a dedicated member of the community, having served 20 years in the United States Air Force, including a tour in the Vietnam War.
