Charles Larry Gilliam, aged 63, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2014, in Patrick Springs, Virginia. Gilliam, a resident of Claudville, was well-known in his community as a kind and helpful neighbor. He had recently retired to spend more time with his family and friends.
