In the early morning hours of August 4, 2024, a shooting in Glen Allen, Virginia, claimed the life of 33-year-old Deondre Jermaine Spinks of Richmond. Henrico Police responded to a call around 2:28 a.m. near the intersection of Virginia Center Parkway and Wylie Lane, where they discovered Spinks suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was transported to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
