Deondre Jermaine Spinks, a 33-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2024, following a shooting incident in Glen Allen, VA. Henrico Police responded to a call at approximately 2:28 a.m. near the intersection of Virginia Center Parkway and Wylie Lane. Upon arrival, officers found Spinks with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
