Jose Anibar Cisneros, a 34-year-old resident of Hybla Valley, Virginia, was found dead on October 4, 2015. His body was discovered in the 7100 block of Groveton Gardens Road in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County. Upon arrival, police found Cisneros with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
