In the early morning hours of an autumn Sunday in Hybla Valley, Virginia, a life was tragically cut short. Jose Anibar Cisneros, a 34-year-old man, was found lying in the 7100 block of Groveton Gardens Road with a gunshot wound to his upper body. The report of a gunshot brought Fairfax County police officers to the scene shortly after 3 a.m. on October 4, 2015. Cisneros was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead a short time later.
