On the evening of September 23, 2016, a verbal dispute in Woodbridge, Virginia, tragically escalated, ending the life of 23-year-old Francin Jose Solano Campo. The young man, a resident of Woodbridge, was involved in an altercation in the 3200 block of Wyndale Court that turned violent.
