Francin Solano Campo, a 23-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the evening of September 23, 2016. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. in the 3200 block of Wyndale Court. According to reports, Prince William County Police responded to the scene following a report of a shooting.
