In the late spring of 2017, the life of 28-year-old Desean R. Lucas was tragically cut short. On the evening of Monday, May 22, police were called to the InTown Suites on Midlothian Turnpike in South Richmond, Virginia. Inside one of the rooms, they discovered Lucas suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
