Samantha F. Ganther, aged 49, tragically lost her life on June 18, 2017, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred in her home located in the 2700 block of Kimball Terrace. According to reports, Ganther was caught in the crossfire of a violent altercation between two men, Ronald M. Best and Ulysses Butler.
