Miguel Angel Meza Ramirez, a 20-year-old resident of Harrisonburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2017. The incident occurred at the former Vibe Bistro and Hookah Lounge located on South Main Street in Harrisonburg. Miguel was shot and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital shortly thereafter.
