Andra Eugene Watson, aged 33, tragically passed away on April 28, 2018, in Lynchburg, Virginia. According to reports, Watson was found lying in the road with an apparent gunshot wound to the head around 2:30 a.m. Despite efforts to revive him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
