Keshawn Lamont Dickerson, an 18-year-old from Lynchburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2018. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 2000 block of Third Street, where gunshots were reported. Police responded to multiple 911 calls describing what they later termed a "malicious wounding." Upon arrival, they found Keshawn with severe injuries. He was immediately rushed to Lynchburg General Hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
