On the evening of May 10, 2018, Jacqueline Perry, a 54-year-old female, was fatally shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a car in Petersburg, Virginia. She had accompanied her friend, Everette Tucker, to a house on South Dunlop Street to buy cigarettes. An argument over a parking spot escalated into a tragic confrontation.
