In the summer of 2022, a young mother's life was tragically cut short in Petersburg, Virginia. Kadesha LaBree Williams, a 26-year-old female, was fatally shot on the evening of June 30th while she was a passenger in a car on Commerce Street. At the time of the incident, a male companion was also in the vehicle and sustained injuries but ultimately survived the attack.
