Kiara M. Etheridge, a 23-year-old woman from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically found dead on June 4, 2018, in Suffolk, Virginia. Her body was discovered in the middle of Dill Road, just off County Street, around 4:30 a.m. by Suffolk police.
