On a tragic Friday evening, June 22, 2018, the life of 21-year-old Tatiana Wells was cut short in a room at the Days Inn on Emmet Street in Charlottesville, Virginia. Responding to a call about a gunshot victim shortly before 8 p.m., Charlottesville Police officers discovered Wells with a gunshot wound. She was rushed to the University of Virginia Medical Center, but tragically succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
