Lawrence J. Howell, aged 38, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2018, in Chesterfield, Virginia. Howell was fatally shot by Joshua M. Federico, the estranged husband of Howell's girlfriend, Sarah Federico. The incident occurred at Sarah Federico's home on Second Branch Road in the late hours of August 23, 2018.
